Recruitment Fraud Notice

We have been receiving reports that there are individuals who have been posing as Wright Park Residences Development Corporation human resource employees or recruiters and making fraudulent job offers online.

Recruitment fraud is rampant these days. This is a sophisticated scam that offers fake job opportunities to job seekers, and worst of all, fraudsters are often asking job seekers to give personal information and money as part of their fake recruiting process.

Wright Park Residences Development Corporation takes recruitment scams very seriously and works with the appropriate authorities regularly to address them. Being true to our mission and corporate social responsibility, we would like you to be fully aware of these scams and to prevent falling victims to them.

Here are WARNING SIGNS to help you identify recruitment fraud:

  • Wright Park Residences Development Corporation DID NOT and WILL NEVER ask MONEY in exchange for work. We do not charge any fees/payments related to job applications and work permits. We do not authorize anyone to collect money from job seekers on our behalf.
  • Requests for personal information and interviews via chat rooms and text messages are not allowed in our company hiring policy. The personal information of job seekers is confidential, and we do not want to risk them by using unsecured platforms. Our company has a confidential and documented communication process for requesting personal information from applicants.
  • Our legitimate (HR) Human Resource staff exclusively uses the domain name "@wrightparkresidences.com" in all our company's email communications. We do not use free web-based email accounts such as "@yahoo.com" and "@gmail.com" in business correspondence. Please disregard emails with domain names not affiliated with Wright Park Residences Development Corporation.
  • We only do DIRECT HIRING. We do not have any online representatives or recruiters to hire applicants for our company. Wright Park Residences Development Corporation does not use private messaging tools such as Gmail, Facebook, Facebook Messenger, or other similar tools to extend job offers.
  • All our job openings are published here on our website. We will not be held liable for any job advertisements that do not appear on our website.
